Online ticket sales are now closed. Tickets
can be purchased with cash or check at the event.
DETAILS:
Admission includes: 5 lbs. of hot, spicy, Louisiana crawfish
with corn and potatoes, as well as beer, water, soft drinks, hot
dogs and hamburgers. Bring your family and friends for a
day of great food, good music and the fun times we love!

Information Needed to Enter Bolling AFB
LSS was just informed
by Bolling Air Force Base that all people attending this event
will be required to submit their name, date of birth & driver’s
license number prior to the event. If you have already purchased
your tickets, please send an e-mail to
info@louisianastatesociety.org with the names, DOB’s & DL
#’s of every member of your party for whom a ticket has been
purchased. If you are about to purchase a ticket, please
be sure to include this information in your transaction, or send
us an e-mail afterwards with the info. LSS will collect
the information for the purpose of this event only and will not
share this information with any party other than Bolling Air
Force Base, as requested. This information is needed no later
than midnight on the day of the event (12 a.m. EST, Saturday,
May 16, 2009.)
Free Admission for DoD
Personnel
LSS is offering free admission to anyone who is an employee of
the Department of Defense. DoD employees are needed to
help escort guests from the security gate to the pavilion.

Once your admission is paid, all you will need to
do is check in at the entrance table on the day of the event.
